Antipasti Roasted Sweet Balsamic Peppers

Miniature whole golden and crimson peppers are slow roasted in the oven then drizzled with Italian balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Because of their size and extra sweet flavor, they can be eaten right out of the jar as part of an Antipasti appetizer selection. Use as a pizza topping with fresh milk mozzarella and fresh basil leaves, tossed into pasta with our Red Pepper Pesto or used as a condiment on vegetable or chicken Panini sandwiches.
